1. About these terms

These terms apply to RELEASE + REIGNITE (the "Program"), an eight-week online group coaching experience run by Gabby Powell Coaching & Mentoring ("Gabby", "we", "us"). By submitting payment for the Program, you ("you", "participant") agree to these terms.

2. Applications and your place

1. The Program is by application only. Submitting an application doesn't commit you to anything, and it doesn't guarantee a place.
2. Gabby reviews every application personally and may accept or decline any application at her discretion, so the group is the right fit for everyone in it.
3. Applications close Monday 26 October 2026. Places are limited and confirmed only once your payment (or first instalment) is received.

3. What's included

• Opening and closing ceremonies, and weekly live group coaching calls on Zoom, beginning Wednesday 28 October 2026.
• A private WhatsApp community for participants.
• Friday Office Hours: three hours of instant voice-message support with Gabby each Friday of the Program.
• Light weekly prompts and resources.
• Call replays, available on request for participants unable to attend live.
• A closing high tea in Brisbane, with the date confirmed with participants to suit as many as possible, or a celebration hamper for those unable to attend.

Travel to and from the high tea is at your own cost. Friday Office Hours are for coaching support and are not an emergency or crisis service.

4. Fees and payment

1. The investment is $888 AUD paid in full, or $999 AUD in total via a payment plan. All prices are in Australian dollars.
2. Payment details are sent once your application is accepted. You can pay by Stripe (card) or by EFT bank transfer, at your discretion.
3. If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled instalments, including if you stop attending. If an instalment can't be processed, we'll contact you to sort it out, and access to the Program may be paused until it's resolved.

5. Cancellations and refunds

1. Because the group is small and your place is held exclusively for you, all bookings are final and non-refundable once payment is made.
2. If something unforeseen comes up, please reach out to Gabby directly.
3. Missed calls, Office Hours or other parts of the Program are not refundable.
4. If Gabby needs to cancel the Program, you'll receive a full refund of the amount you've paid. If a session needs to be rescheduled, we'll give as much notice as possible.
5. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Coaching, not therapy

1. The Program is coaching and peer support. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical or psychological treatment, and it's not a substitute for professional care. Please continue any treatment you're receiving.
2. Individual experiences and outcomes vary. No specific result is promised.
3. If you're in crisis or need immediate support, contact Lifeline on 13 11 14, or 000 in an emergency.

7. Participation and wellbeing

1. Assumption of risk. The Program may include breathwork, somatic practices and group processes, which can bring up physical and emotional responses. You take part voluntarily and at your own discretion, and you can step out or modify any practice at any time.
2. Health disclosure. You agree to let Gabby know about any medical or mental health considerations relevant to your participation, and about any changes during the Program.
3. Release of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Gabby Powell Coaching & Mentoring, its facilitators and any venue from claims arising from your participation, except where caused by negligence that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Confidentiality and discretion

1. The utmost confidentiality and discretion is held for every woman in this experience. Gabby will never share your personal story or details without your permission.
2. By joining, you agree to the same. What's shared in calls, the WhatsApp group and Office Hours stays there. Please don't share other participants' names, stories, messages or screenshots outside the group.
3. Calls may be recorded so that replays can be provided on request. Recordings are shared privately with participants only. Please don't record, download or redistribute calls yourself.
4. Short screen recordings of calls may be shared with no audio. What is spoken in these sessions is kept completely confidential, and audio is never shared outside the group.

9. Photography and media

Photos may be taken at the closing high tea, and short snippets of calls may be shared showing the group setting. No audio is ever shared. These may be used in Gabby Powell Coaching & Mentoring's marketing unless you let us know in writing beforehand that you'd prefer not to be included.

10. Respectful participation

This space only works when it's safe for everyone. If a participant's behaviour is harmful, disrespectful or breaches confidentiality, Gabby may remove them from the Program without a refund.

11. Program materials

All Program content, including resources, prompts and recordings, belongs to Gabby Powell Coaching & Mentoring and is for your personal use only. Please don't copy, share or sell it.

12. Changes and governing law

1. We may make reasonable changes to the Program schedule or format. If we do, we'll let you know as early as possible.
2. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
